Built by lawyers, reachable for practice

DTIA Bridge is a Recht & Robots product. We build the tool we would want to use ourselves: a clear route through the EDPB methodology, with a source and a date for every statement. Have a question or missing something? We would love to hear from you.

About DTIA Bridge

Why we build this

Substantiating a transfer to a third country in a defensible way is precise work. The EDPB methodology has six steps, the law of the destination country changes, and an assessment that is correct today may be outdated tomorrow. That should not be a struggle with loose documents.

That is why we made DTIA Bridge: a tool that guides you step by step through the methodology, substantiates your verdict with a source and a date, and produces an audit-ready dossier. And one that, unlike a one-off document, keeps signalling when a change in the law affects your assessment.

DTIA Bridge provides decision and documentation support based on your own answers. It is not binding legal advice and not a guarantee of compliance. If you need individual certainty, the lawyers at Recht & Robots are ready to review your assessment or draw up bespoke work.
