Why a subscription
The EDPB methodology (step 6) asks you to keep following and reassessing the law. Generating once is not enough.
Following case law and surveillance laws across multiple countries is expert work. You only receive what affects you.
The log records when your dossier was checked. That is your accountability in itself (Article 5(2) GDPR).
With every change you see what changed, why it matters and the source with its date.
Sovereignty & privacy
A tool that assesses the risk of foreign government access should apply that principle to itself. We protect your data mainly by recording little of it, not with impressive stories about encryption.
The tool works with data about your transfer, never the personal data you transfer. Your answers stay local until you save them.

The review
The tool delivers the methodical DTIA. The review adds the judgement a tool cannot give: whether your substantiation is sound and what else you need to arrange beyond it. It is a desk review of your generated dossier, not field verification and not a guarantee of lawfulness.
